“Having chosen and reserved the 3 bedroomed plot at Brooklea Gardens at the end of January we spent an interesting Spring watching our new home take shape. From the start we were impressed with the professional management of the site.
As locals we were able to visit regularly and after a phone call to the site manager, were welcomed to inspect the progress at the various stages of construction. The high specification of the build was very obvious and we were pleasantly surprised at the speed of construction.
Every effort was made at all times to help us with the choices of kitchen units, tiling and the available extras.
We took possession on target at the end of June and the finished house exceeded our expectations on every field. Every effort had been made to add the little extras which turn a new house into a luxury home.
