First buyers move in to The Avenue

We're very excited to have welcomed our first new owners at The Avenue in time for Christmas in their new home. Having purchased one of the contemporary 4 bed, 4 bath homes, the new buyers were keen to settle in and get ready for the festive season in their new surroundings. 

Having seen the development advertised in The Telegraph newspaper, they discovered it was love at first sight! After a visit to the development they decided it was perfect for them and and took the decision to relocate from Rutland. 

They are now settling in well to their new home and new town. They're looking forward to meeting their new neighbours, with one of the apartments already sold.
