Freeman Homes Announced LABC Award Winners

We’re all very proud here at Freeman Homes to announce that we have won Best New Small Housing Development for The Avenue in Ross on Wye.

A great night was had at the awards night and we would like to congratulate all winners on their achievements.

The Avenue

The Avenue features only 9 properties which includes 3 apartments, 2 single storey lodges and 4 detached 3 storey houses. The design of the site made the best use of the existing building, space available and the views on offer. The lodges and houses all have private gardens, while the apartments enjoy beautifully landscaped communal grounds.
