Community Engagement at Freeman Homes

Freeman Homes is proud to support the communities in which we build. We have contributed over one million pounds to local facilities and infrastructure across our current locations. Creating sustainable communities that have a positive impact on society is central to our vision, and we achieve this by working closely with the communities we help to grow. We support local businesses, schools, clubs, and community projects, actively seek opportunities to add value and engage with our communities.

We are committed to fostering thriving local communities—both those that are already established and those we help to create. We do this through:

  • Local Charitable Support: Strengthening charities that serve the local community directly.
  • Resource Distribution: Reusing surplus materials, such as timber, paint and more, for local benefit.
  • Wildlife and Ecology Education: Creating local wildlife and ecology education areas where possible.
  • Local Sponsorships: Sponsoring local events, teams and clubs
  • New Community Coffee Mornings & Workshops: Bringing people together, forming new friendships, and shining a spotlight on local independents, skills and knowledge.
  • Delivering Positive Impact: Striving to deliver meaningful contributions on every project we undertake, ensuring that each development yields "Good Dividends" for the community.
