An Update from Oakfields, Credenhill

As we make exciting progress at our Oakfields development, we wanted to provide you with an insight into what you can look forward to when living in the perfectly positioned village of Credenhill.

You can enjoy the best of both worlds from an enviable position nestled at the foot of Credenhill, where oak trees frame iconic Herefordshire countryside views; whilst also being a stone’s throw from the vibrant Cathedral City centre of Hereford.

Cam Jones, our site manager at Credenhill, has said that "site is progressing well with only two foundations left to dig. The last timber frame on phase one has now been erected. The drainage and road forming works team have started work, and the timber framers are moving on to the second phase. We look forward to seeing the site come together, with the landscaping team joining us in the upcoming months to complete phase one on this development."

You will never run out of things to do whilst living in Herefordshire - there are plenty of wonderful events and sites to see. We have picked out a few for you to get excited about!

  • There is no better way to explore Herefordshire's diverse food scene than to visit Hereford's Indie Food Festival (26th - 28th August 2023)
  • Get to know the beautiful countryside that Herefordshire has to offer with the Ross Walking Festival (29th September - 1st October 2023)
