When you first register your interest for information relating to a new home we will collect some personal information to enable us to the run the business and manage our relationship with you effectively, lawfully and appropriately. This includes using information in connection with your request for information, purchasing a home, research into demographics to improve our products and protect our legal position in the event of legal proceedings.

During the process we may capture some unsolicited sensitive personal data from you (e.g. family circumstances). c. Contests and promotions. On occasion we may run competitions through a third party platform which for collection of any prize require a customer’s personal contact number.

Your personal information will only be accessible to relevant employees who require them in performing their role in assisting you in identifying a suitable property and/or purchasing a property. We will only disclose information about you to third parties if we are legally obliged to do so, or with your express consent for example in a part exchange of properties, or where we need to comply with our contractual duties to you, for instance we may need to pass on certain contact information to a contractor to provide a service under warranty for you or utility companies to register new ownership details.

Your personal data is secured using appropriate technical and organisational measures such as storing your personal information on secure servers, locked in filing cabinets and only granting access to your personal information where necessary.
