WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Our team will guide you carefully through each stage of the process, keeping everything clear and straightforward.
• Once you’ve found your home, we’ll talk you through site plans, layouts and specification, supported by computer‑generated images to help you visualise your new home.
• You’ll secure your chosen home with a reservation fee and complete the necessary paperwork.
• Aim to exchange within 28 days.
• We’ll keep you updated on build progress and anticipated completion dates.
• During the build, you’ll be invited to make your interior selections from the Freeman Choice range.
• As your home nears completion, we’ll coordinate the final steps so you can prepare for moving in smoothly.
