First-time Buyer Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is only available to first-time buyers who do not, or have not previously owned a property.
2. This offer is only available on selected Freeman Homes’ plots.
3. Freeman Homes will pay 10% of the sales price value as a deposit towards your new home.
4. Freeman Homes will pay your Council Tax for one year, up to the annual value of £1,730 (Band C). Rates apply as of 5th May 2020.
5. Freeman Homes will pay £1000 towards your gas and electric utility bills which are estimated to be £734. (Co-operative Energy)
6. Freeman Homes will pay your legal fees (excluding all disbursements) up to the value of £1,000 when a panel solicitor is instructed.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or incentive.
8. The offer is only available when the property is purchased at the asking price – offers will not be accepted.
9. Those wishing to claim the offer must state this intention at the time of reservation and may be asked to provide proof of their eligibility according to these terms and conditions.
10. This offer is only available for residential mortgages and is not applicable in the case of a Buy to Let mortgage.
11. We recommend that all purchasers seek independent professional legal and mortgage advice.
12. Offer can be withdrawn at any time.
13. No cash alternative will be available.
14. The incentive will be applied as a cash back on completion
